FIFA Records: Nigeria Ranks 30th in The World

Super Eagles

FIFA, the world's football governing body released its February Edition for ranking national teams and the Super Eagles of Nigeria topped "Thirty" on the ladder in the world  and 4^th position in Africa

Since August 2010, this is the best ranking of Super Eagles from 52^nd then to 30^thnow. Ghana, Mali and Algeria make up the top five on the continent.

In the world, Burkina Faso ranked 55^th, South African 60^thposition, Cote d’Ivoire dropped two places in the world ranking which puts them in the 12^th position, but they maintained their top spot in Africa.
